Geriatric Care Orientation

Germany has one of the highest aging populations in Europe. The degree of aging in the world is second only to Japan. The demand for elderly health care in Germany is currently increasing. Indeed, the nursing industry has surpassed the sum of the number of employees employed in the German auto industry, becoming the largest industry in Germany. The training of elderly nurses in Germany is based on the dual training system, which organically combines theoretical teaching in vocational schools and practical training in enterprises.
